Crypto Currency Payments

With the cryptocurrency payment option, you can pay your invoices quickly, securely, and conveniently using your digital assets. The system accepts payments through supported cryptocurrencies, and all transactions are processed via secure payment gateways.
 

Accessing the Cryptocurrency Payment Page

  1. Log in to your Client Area.

  2. Navigate to the "My Invoices" section from the top menu.

  3. Select the invoice you would like to pay to open the invoice details page.

  4. From the "Payment Method" field, select "Crypto Payments".



Making a Cryptocurrency Payment

  1. Select Crypto Payments as your preferred payment method on the invoice details page.

  2. Click on the payment panel displayed on the invoice details page to initiate the payment process.

  3. Choose the cryptocurrency you would like to use for the payment.

  4. Send the specified amount to the generated wallet address or scan the provided QR code.

  5. Once the required network confirmations are completed, the payment will be automatically verified by the system.

You can make payments using the following cryptocurrencies:


 

Reviewing Invoice Information

Before making a cryptocurrency payment, it is recommended that you verify the following information:

  • Invoice Number

  • Invoice Date

  • Due Date

  • Service Details

  • Total Amount Due

  • Payment Status

  • Selected Payment Method


Payment Statuses

  • Unpaid: The invoice has not yet been paid.

  • Paid: The payment has been successfully completed.

  • Processing: The cryptocurrency transaction is currently awaiting network confirmations.


Transaction History and Ledger Records

Once the payment has been completed, transaction details can be viewed in the Ledger section. This area includes information such as the payment date, transaction type, reference number, and payment amount.


Important Information

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Please carefully verify the wallet address and payment amount before sending funds.

  • Transaction completion times may vary depending on the blockchain network being used.

  • Payments made with incorrect or insufficient amounts may result in delays in the payment verification process.

  • Network fees may be charged by the blockchain network and are typically the responsibility of the sender.
